Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrive Kumarakom:
Fly to Kochi, where you’ll be met at the airport for a transfer to your accommodation for the next three nights, Kumarakom Lake Resort. Bordering Lake Vembanad in Kerala, the resort embraces Kerala’s rich heritage while offering modern comforts. Boasting spacious rooms, a luxurious Ayurveda spa, pools and a health club, it is easy to relax and unwind during this three-night stay.

Enjoy the remainder of the day relaxing and exploring the 25 lush acres of your resort.
Day 2 – Kumarakom:
After breakfast, embark on a spectacular half-day cruise on Lake Vembanad aboard a houseboat. Admire the elegant design of the vessel, inspired by a traditional rice barge with its upper sections constructed from woven natural materials including coir and bamboo. Relax as you soak in the surrounding scenery of lush paddy fields, colourful houses and traditional boats. Say hello to friendly locals, witnessing children play along the river banks and fisherman reel in their day’s catch. Later, enjoy a delectable meal of local cuisine prepared by your onboard chef.
